As part of the 7.1-acre Retreat at Perris Lake, this portion of the site is envisioned as a new communal heart for Perris, thoughtfully designed to offer the community and visitors a curated blend of retail and hospitality. By creating an engaging and inviting village atmosphere, the project provides much-needed sit-down food options and boutique shopping, aiming to attract tourism while fostering a vibrant hub for local gathering. This design elevates the public realm by combining commercial function with a focus on leisure and connection, ultimately enriching the experience for all.
