Located in Riverside, California, the Farmhouse Collective is a 9,891 SF 1950’s era motel being renovated into a unique dining and retail experience. This historic site sits blocks away from UC Riverside, which inspired the concept of creating indoor and outdoor retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment spaces.
