SMS Architects has been awarded the renovation of a multiplex movie theater at Del Mar Highlands, CA into Ultra Star Cinemas Premier Luxury Branded Theater. Construction is scheduled to start in January 2011.

SMS Architects Awarded Resort Masterplan in American Somoa
The initial phase of the project includes a 415 Key Hotel, Casino, Spa and Wellness Center. Subsequent phases include a second Hotel, Interval Ownership Properties, Second Home Residences, Two Golf Courses and a Marina.

We are now licenced to practice Architecture throughout the Southwest United States including California, Nevada, Utah and now Arizona. SMS Principals are NCARB certified with the ability to obtain architectural licenses throughout the United States.

This new 22,500 square foot facility will be located on Franternity Row at the UCLA Campus in Los Angeles. SMS Architects is designing this project to meet the US Green Building Council's Silver Level LEED Certification.
